Accountability for Arizona pharmacies & the people who are supposed to regulate them.

When a prescription goes unfilled because a pharmacy is understaffed, won’t answer the phone, or simply cuts a corner, patients pay the price — and too often no one is held responsible.

This project documents those failures and works to change the law so the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy actually protects patient access to medication, not just the industry it oversees.
